Selecting a storage unit can be a difficult task with endless options and features to select from. When can I move in?

If there is a storage space available that meets your specific storage needs, you can move in anytime during normal access hours.

Am I required to store long-term?

We never require our tenants to store long-term. We offer month-to-month leases.

What are the access hours?

Standard Access 7 days per week 6 AM - 10 PM
24/7 Hour Access Available for an additional monthly premium of $10

How much notice is needed before I move out?

We request a minmum 5 day written/verbal notice before you move out to avoid any charges for the next month's rent.

What type of documentation do I need to provde to rent a space?

We require a government issued ID (example: driver’s license, state ID, or passport).

Does there have to be someone at the facility to let me through the security gates?

Generally, no. At most locations you will be provided your own unique security code that will allow you access through the gate.

How do I make a payment?

Pay Online using our online payment portal by selecting the location you rent space from, select the pay online tab and use your email to log in. Tenants can enroll in autopay and update account information from the portal. Please note that an email has to be on file for you to complete the sign-up process for an online account.

What forms of payment are accepted?

Checks, Money Orders, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Do you sell boxes and storage supplies?

We sell boxes and storage supplies at select locations. (Varies by location)

How do I know how much space I will need?

Contact your local facility today and we can help you determine the space you will need to accommodate your move.

Do I need to bring my own lock?

We sell locks at select locations, contact your local facility today to verify whether you will need to purchase a lock from an outside retailer.

Are there any items that I am NOT able to store?

We ask that you do not store any liquids, explosives, firearms, flammable liquids, toxic materials, perishable or non-perishable food(s), anything living, taxidermy, among other items – please refer to your rental agreement for full details or contact us for questions regarding a specific item.

What security features do you offer?

Our facilities are always safe and secure with 24-hour video surveillance, coded gate entry, and perimeter fencing. In addition, our properties are well-lit.
